" Talk To the Headscarf " - Emma Hannagan

" Talk To the Headscarf" is a good read. I mean you guys can learn a lot by reading this.

My OWN summary of this book is that :

" She's this amazing woman who manages to face cancer 6 times. She straight ahead do the things that she thought was impossible for her to do ( mastectomy & removing her ovaries ) . but she did it in the end. But don't think that when she removed them, the risk of cancer decreases ( well actually it does ) but what i've learned from this is that , you still have the chance of having cancer. Oh and her type of cancer is quite rare which is BRCA1 which is genetic. "

I don't really wanna spoil the story to you guys cause its not gonna be as fun as reading it in the end right. To be honest I was obsessed with this book. Plus I know that it's been quite awhile since the last time I wrote a review on some books.

Well hopefully you guys would take the time to read this and it's good for those students who is currently taking science as their major cause it contains a lot of information about cancer.

P/s : Ironically, on the day i finished reading this book, on Monday 13/5/2013 , there was a headline in the Sun Newspaper about Angelina Jolie having this type of cancer ( what a surprise ) .
